Delaware Opportunities, Inc. was originally established as a non-profit organization more than 40 years ago with the sole intention of improving the lives of people living in Delaware County. Wilmington Housing Authority offers different programs with the help of Community and Supportive Services Department. The programs are tailor-fit to the different needs of the residents.
