The Myron Stratton Home Grants Program
Stratton endowment’s primary purpose is to maintain and operate residential facilities for the elderly poor throughout Colorado, primarily those located in El Paso County. Their secondary purpose is to provide support through direct grants and collaborative programs for the poor. The grants are considered when an organization submits Letter of Intent and receives approval from the Trustees to proceed with the application.

Douglas County Housing Partnership (DHCP)
This is a Multi-Jurisdictional Housing Authority that gives out Colorado housing grants. This was formed as cooperative effort between local and county government and businesses to mainly address the issue of lack of affordable housing.
They operate with the financial support from jurisdiction of the City of Lone Tree, Town of Parker, Town of Castle Rock, and Douglas County as political subdivision and a public corporation in Colorado state.

Colorado Housing Grants Eligibility Requirements
As per Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation, here are some of the eligibility requirements for successful Colorado housing grants applications.
- Must be a first-time home buyer: First-time home buyer is someone who has not owned a home in 3 years.
- Income guidelines: To be examined and determined by the board of Trustees.
- Credit Requirements: No minimum credit score.
- Property must be in an eligible rural area.
